  • Weekly onboarding setup w/Customer Success manager and customer lead for first 2 months
  • Localization services (Specifics to be defined before kickoff)

Uptick Enterprise Onboarding Plus • $17,000

  • Included everything in the Basic Uptick Enterprise Onboarding plan
  • 3 “Train the trainer” sessions for your internal trainers
  • Customized “How {your company here} uses Uptick” video by our customer service team
  • 10 included members of the “Next Level 1:1s Course” cohort (click for more information)

Ongoing Services

We don’t just get you onboard and leave you to fend for yourself. As an Enterprise Plan customer we want to walk beside you and help you along  the path to better team relationships, transparency and productivity. 

Included with your annual subscription:

  • Dedicated Customer Service Management
  • Monthly strategy / check-in with Customer Service Manager
  • $12/user/month billed annually
