What is a good goal? Why is it important, and what will inspire the team members to get behind it? In this episode Michael and Chris talk about their recent experience putting together goals for the Uptick team, while in the middle of building a new goals module for Uptick customers!

All too often goals are set up at the beginning of a quarter, (or a year!), and the next time they’re discussed is when it’s time to set up new goals. That makes the goals meaningless, and can even become a distraction for the team. We have been on that treadmill, too, and while working on the new goals module in Uptick, Michael and Chris thought more about how to get started building meaningful goals. They discuss their journey in this episode.
